When you see a homeless person, think about the Allens! Michael is senior pastor and center director for Uptown Baptist Church, a multi-ethnic church/ministry in Chicago. The church reaches out to many different people, including those who are homeless.
FEBRUARY 2010 UPDATE FROM MICHAEL AND MARLA:
Pray for Michael and leaders in their church as they strive to develop a new strategic plan. Pray that God will give them wisdom and unity. Pray that Michael will continue to lead Uptown Baptist Church by example on how to be an on mission Christian in their neighborhood. Pray for mission teams coming to work with the church this spring and summer.
