When you see a hiker or a forest, think about the Miles! The Miles are Mission Service Corps missionaries. They lead in a work called Appalachian Trail Servants. They hike the Appalachian Trail, meet people, and minister to them with the love of Jesus.

FEBRUARY 2010 UPDATE FROM CRAIG AND SUZY:

Thank you for your interest in our trail ministry. As MSC missionaries, we must raise all of our own funding. I (Craig) have two full-time jobs. I am an Associate Pastor at a church and I do trail ministry. One pays our bills and the other does not.

My church job said that they may be laying me off in May or June as we get a new Pastor. I was told to prepare for this transition. Please pray that God will lead us to new work (preferably near the trail).

Second, one purpose of our trail ministry is to connect people to God. So, after years of work, we wrote a devotional based on our adventures on the trail. Please pray that our book about the trail sells and that it will nudge people closer to God.
